Payment Methods:

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Electron. We use Sagepay to process all online payments. Your card details are communicated directly between your computer and the Sagepay secure server using SSL encryption.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced earrings.

After this time we will be happy to exchange goods, with the exception of earrings, if they are returned to us in mint condition and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note all measurements are approximate and products may differ slightly from their description.

Please note, all internet gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Data Protection:

All personal details entered remain encrypted on our server until orders are downloaded and processed. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998). We do not supply or sell customer details to any outside organisation.
