terms and conditions payment methods: we accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including mastercard, visa, maestro and electron. we do not accept payment by american express. we use secpay.com to process all online payments. your card details are communicated directly between your computer and secpays secure server using ssl encryption. secpay are approved by many uk clearing banks. delivery: we offer two delivery options a first class recorded delivery which is £3.00 and should reach you within three working days, or a special delivery service which is next day guaranteed this is charged at £5.50, please note that next day guaranteed delivery orders must be placed before 1:00pm to arrive the next working day, we cannot guarantee saturday delivery, please choose which delivery option you would prefer when you checkout. if the item is out of stock we will e-mail or telephone you with an estimated delivery date. if you have any questions regarding delivery please e-mail mhl@silverado.co.ukor call us on 01273 735040 delivery outside the uk: delivery outside the UK is charged at £4.95 for europe and £5.95 elsewhere. all none uk items are sent using international signed for delivery. we estimate delivery will be within 7-10 working days to countries outside the UK. all transactions are in pounds sterling (currency convertor www.xe.com). please note non UK customers will be charged a conversion fee by their card issuers. refunds and exchanges: .
